1.The ILL Manors Tag London campaign, is a campaign that puts together both traditional and digital media in order to promote a project. The campaign Tag London works with a company called Powster. The campaign started up a Twitter trend with the hashtag #ILLMANORS in order to help promote the film. They asked people of the public to tweet things to this account and voice their opinions on what they thought of the album. The campaign managed to reach 5,000 entries in the space of five days. The tweets were then projected onto buildings around London, and then put back onto twitter. Furthermore, to help promote the album Atlantic Records teamed up with a live stream production company Love Live to deliver a live stream event of the album launch party to YouTube. The campaign worked closely with Twitter in order to help promote the album using the hashtag #illmanors album. Using Twitter to help promote the album was an ideal platform to reach a socially and politically connected audience.






2.The marketing campaign helped promote the film because it


constantly showed the Ill Manors title this was effective in attracting the audience as they would see some of their own tweets on iconic landmarks, this would also show personal relationships. It was also a good idea as it made use of a social networking site that Ill Manor's core target audience would most likely be using.






3. There is synergy between the tag London campaign and other texts such as the soundtrack of the film and concept of the film. For example, in the tag London campaign video the same soundtrack is used to promote the film. In terms of the concept of the film, there is a link to the political aspect of the film as twitter users are encouraged to voice their views and opinions on the then current climate in the UK after events such as the London riots which is also presented in the film.





4. By having user generated content campaign like this it encourages his fans and different audience into engaging with PlanB which he then promises them that their tweets will be shown in different location within london and other people which makes the audience feel like they are a part of the community and PlanB cares about their opinion. Furthermore, by changing the subject to a political than music or the film it helps him gain more attention for his work and it also enhances the TagLondon campaign which will attract a niche audience.

This relate to the strugglers and it links to the TEDx lecture as its all based on the fact that the government are the ones that are cutting benefits and closing down government funded youth centres.

This tweet relates to aspirers because they are the young adults that want to get the high end jobs and will be the ones to make the change in the future. It links to Plan B's interview on the Jonathon ross show when he stands against the government stating that they are corrupt.

This tweet relates to the Jonathan ross show as he talks about how London as a city is very corrupt and needs change he also says how the government are not doing anything to help the less fortunate.

This tweet refers to the psychographic group of strugglers this is because the the Olympic stadium was built next to an estate to try and make South London glamorous instead of paying attention to middle - lower class people who are living in estates.
