ill manors review

director- Ben Drew also known as Plan B
Your Opinion- only know him as a music star, although judging his directing skills it seems he really knows how to detail the plot

Main Stars- Riz Ahmed, Ed Skrein, Lee Allen, Keith Coggins, Nick Sagar
Your Opinion- The notable stars in this movie are Riz Ahmed who has featured in films such as Four Lions and Nightcrawler as well as Ed Skrein who has stared in and is well known for his role in Game of Thrones and will feature in the up-coming movie Deadpool.

Plot- The film focuses on eight core characters, and their circle of violence as they struggle to survive on the streets
Your Opinion- my opinion on the plot is it really depicts the aspects of London in which no one chooses to take note of.

Characters- Ed, played by Ed Skrein, Aaron played by Riz Ahmed, Jake played by Ryan De La Cruz
Your Opinion-The actors in 'Ill Manors' all play a significant part, as it portrays that true tale of gritty a life on an estate in the deep projects of London

Genre- The obvious answer is the genre is crime and drama. This could be suggested from the drugs and violence.
Your Opinion- Ill Manors fits into the crime, drama genre. This is because as well as the dramatic scenes, it also includes sexual and criminal activity, and links to real life issues and events being faced by specific communities across London.

Soundtrack- The soundtrack fits the theme of the film, as gang crime is often linked towards 'rap' in today's society.
Your Opinion- i feel the sound track created realism and adapted to the scenario of the film very effectively

Audience- According to the BBFC this film is classified as 18 because of its explicit language.
Your Opinion-I think the target audience is mainly for the younger generation aged 15-25 who may be facing these issues in real life as the stuff Ben Drew depicts in this film is not fantasy tales
